Hi all,

I’m having a kinda unique question regarding my dependent child and hopefully can get some of your advice.
When I submitted my refugee claim my eldest child was 21 years old and having PGWP working full time in Canada. I listed her in my BOC but she was not included in the claim as a refugee.
Recently I received my positive result and applying for PR. As she is currently above 22 years old and working I am not sure if I am able to include her in the PR application.

If anyone who has similar case or insight and care to share that would be greatly appreciated. May all your applications be smooth.

If listed as a dependent they qualify as a dependent on your PR application if they remain unmarried and not common law. That said they may be able to obtain PR faster on their own.
