PGP: IMM5768 Previous undertakings question.

Hi all,

I'm going to submit 2 PGP sponsorship applications one for my mother and one for my father as they are divorced.

In my mother application I'm sponsoring 4 and in my father's I'm sponsoring 3. So in total we are 4 + 3 + 1.

In the IMM5768 form, there is the following question:

Previous undertakings
You must indicate the following:

1. number of people included in previous undertakings that you signed as a sponsor and that are still in effect
2. number of people included in previous undertakings that you signed as a sponsor and that are not yet in effect

I believe giving that I'm still applying, I have to mention the number of people in #2 above.

However I'm confused if I need to mention that in both applications.

Example:
If I submit my mother application first, do I need to mention the # of people in my father's application that I have not yet submitted? Or I put 0 in my mother application as her application is the first one then put 4 in my father's application because it is the second application?

I'm worried to put 0 in my mother application then I fall under misrepresentation because I have 2 applications on going.

Another question, the table in the form only has 3 rows, what if I want to enter 4 rows? What do I do in this case?

Total 7 people + me = 8. (3 father, 4 mother, myself).

I don't know what number I should put to be honest in this question especially for the FIRST application that I submit. The word previous makes it a bit complicated.

If they are both applying separately then it is 8 for both. You count your parents for each application, you, spouse, children.

8 is wrong for this question.
They are not asking for the TOTAL people in the application, they are asking about other undertakings, if I put 8 that makes totally no sense.

Mother application:
1) Current undertaking: 4
2) Previous undertakings: 3 or 0?? <-- Giving that this is the first application and I do not have any previous undertaking yet.

Father application
1) Current undertaking: 3
2) Previous undertakings: 4 <- Giving that this is the 2nd application and I applied for my mother application where I indicated 4.

Note that there is a previous question about my family (myself, spouce, etc).. I put 1 in both applications since I'm single.

My income in the last 3 years exceeds 230k CAD so I'm not worried about the financial capacity, I'm just worried about putting a wrong number and I fall under misrepresentation but this is a tricky question..
