I don't know if this work but I called IRCC and raise webform once
Note : My Dependent were having visitor record since they have to travel to home due to Family Emergency

My other Son hold study permit and I applied for his TRV on GC Key portal but no update on his application since 1.5 months

What does "he is coming" mean. Is he coming to study and has his study permit expired? if so he would have applied for study permit, not TRV.

He has valid study permit and coming to study( Currently studying in Primary Section ) and he need to TRV to enter Canada
