My july 29 still nothing background check in process whenever i call them they say info sharing criminality is going on rest is complete i dont know how long they will take for it

My medical passed again with a new date. Details are in my signature but it was originally completed September 12, then went blank in GCKey and now it is back in GCKey with July 23 as passed date and completed again in tracker. The original completed line(sept 12) disappeared.
