Submitted the FP, the application form had both the IRCC number and the UCI numbers, and they asked me to verify all the details, including IRCC, UCI, and Processing centre address before submission
 
What is a ghost email/update, I am unable to see anything like that.
and I submitted my FP in city police station, how can I confirm that IRCC has received and accepted it, is there a way I can check it.

My citizenship tracker keeps saying INPROGESS

My citizenship tracker keeps saying INPROGESS
Ghost update just means that you logged into the tracker and the "Updated At" date was changed but there is no change in status, just means something happened on your file behind the scenes, it can precede an upcoming update on your application
