i get it and its a tough decision i run out of options though. basically if i go back to usa i am going to be deported and if i go to my country of origin i am literally going to be persecuted.Unfortunately this is why it's extremely important to do research before making a big decision to try to come to another country. Processing times for asylum cases can be very easily accessed online through the IRCC web, along with detailed information about the process.
Anyway, not much you can do about that now. You will have to decide if you proceed with your asylum case or make the decision to leave Canada.
i know my case will be approved once i am given a date in court . its just the waiting times that are very long . i get very few money from government and shelters are not suitable yet i haven’t received my work permit yet after 2 months .
not easy at all
