Yes, in quebec and AIP got issued from Niagra office

Hardship, young kids, establishment in quebec.
We had 2 files, one for my family and other for my mother. We got approval for both together

Congratulations! You wait for P1/P2 (depending if you are in Canada) and the eCOPR. That still may take 6-12 months although tough to predict given there is still a huge backlog and AIPs since 2024 that have not landed. If you don’t have a WP you can apply for one now. Depending on what province you live in you may also qualify for provincial healthcare.

Congratulations. I have a question, I am Canadian citizen and my son had applied under H&C , he is currently in Visitors visa. We had filed the application for H&C since July 2024. He got invited for biometrics and medical last year. Since then no update.
Can my son will be eligible to apply for work permit. Currently he is not working since last year.
Please advise Thank you in advance

He can try. Generally you don't qualify for a work permit until you have AIP. However he can try and see what happens.
