That's interesting, I have not received anything. Maybe because we did not include me as a representative,The sponsor typically gets the AOR, Sponsor Eligibility Completed (tracker) message and the Sponsor Approval Letter.
Can you please mention the link to track the applicationSo I managed to log in to the tracker account as a sponsor (had to just use my UCI plus the application number) and saw there:

Eligibility
Eligibility status has been updated to Completed
Does it mean that I have been approved as a sponsor?

I don't think it is. It's just a confirmation that they received your package. From what I am reading, the AOR should have a number, where you can see updates to your file.Application received

Just out of curiosity: how did you manage to speak to an agent? I tried calling about the problem with my email mentioned previously, but after navigating the menu and pressing "speak to an agent" I got a reply within the lines "all agents are busy, sorry"Called IRCC
I had to listen to a bunch of options. After maybe like 5mins. I got to an option to talk to a representative. I asked for a call back. (I called within Canada).
