Ok, I'm gonna be the first one to mess something up in April lol
Applied on Apr20, got a request to submit a new IMM5669 with the personal history / addresses including the period of Feb-Apr 2025
We filled the forms in February and did not update them when submitted the documents in April, February to April is considered as a gap. As there's still no AOR and MyCIC account for this application, will have to submit a physically signed copy tomorrow. I'm trying to stay as calm as possible, but getting ADR instead of AOR was stressful ngl

So basically your ADR request was checked immediately after you submitted the requested docs?
Yes. Received medical request immediately after submission the ADR docs.

BTW, did you submit the docs through the CSE form?
What was the affidavit for, if you don't mind me asking? My wife also received an ADR for one of her documents that was missing and she is submitting an affidavit for it since she doesn't have the document on-hand.

Update:
Requested form submitted via CSE form on May 13 in the morning, receipt of it acknowledged around midday, May 14 - med request and biometrics instructions.
Weirdly, no formal AOR letter, but the case number and UCI were mentioned in the ADR and moving forward.

That's the AOR email. Only the sponsor gets that email and the same is usually updated in the PR tracker.

Sponsor Approval Letter: May 13, 2025
Biometric Done: May 14, 2025

Btw, who received the sponsor approval info? I (the sponsor) have not recieved any communication from IRCC at all.
