- Ecopr received: Jan 28th
- Changed the address with IRCC before receiving E-Copr.
- They didn't change & 1st PR card mail was sent to the old address.
- It was returned to them.
- Faxed "Solemn Declaration" on March 24.
- GC key account for PR card updated April 8.
- PR card received April 16.

I’m applying for PR through the Quebec Qualified Workers inland program, and I received my second email (the portal one) on April 2nd.

Does anyone know which second email date IRCC is currently processing for eCOPRs?
In other words, for which date are people now receiving their eCOPRs?

Even my tracker shows everything completed. Background check completed on April 08, 2025. Nothing after that. What does all completed mean? Is it real time and true?

If you have final decisions then you are in line for P1/P2. If final decision not made you are waiting for your file to be reviewed once more before you get final decision.

I received my P1 on 26 feb and p2 on 28 feb still there is no sign of ecopr!

Have any idea till which date I can receive??
