Submitted BOWP on July 24, 2024.
Was hoping they would leave my file alone since it's been so long.
But they finally approved it on March 31st,2025. NO ECOPR yet.

is it normal that inspite of FD pending, you would get P1 and P2 ?

Yes, and the case status will stay that way until you get your eCOPR, possibly even later. Your P1, P2 and eCOPR number in the PR application tracker are all evidence of a positive final decision. Then it will transition to "closed".

I just received my eCOPR, and I completely understand the anxiety that comes with the waiting process. So, I’d like to share a bit of my experience:

I submitted my PR application in 2023, and in early January 2025, I received both my P1 and P2. About two hours before getting my eCOPR, I sent a message to the landing department via Webform and KAI, letting them know that I had been waiting for nearly two years.

I truly believe that my email played a role in getting my eCOPR, though, of course, luck was also a factor.

I'm kind of confused so just wanted to check if you were in a similar situation.
I got my "final decision" update on March 18 and now i am waiting for my eCoPR.
However, when i log in to my IRCC file, below "final decision" it says :

- background check : we are processing your application.

- we are reviewing the additional documents you provided

Etc.

Is this normal ? How come i got an invitation for P2 if they are still processing the documents i uploaded ?

I Got eCOPR last February 14,2025 still waiting for the PR card. GC key account it says still in process. almost 2months and still waiting for the card.

I raised a webform last week and they reply that my Canadian address does not match by Canada post. I just updated my Canada post address hopefully i wll get my PR card soon.
