Yes, my card was approved and mailed same day before that I didn’t get any updates.
Thank you so much. I was fed up with waiting, calling multiple times and submitting web forms to no avail.
I am trying to link my PR Card to my GC Key, but it always says ''Based on the information you entered, we found no applications. '' I've used my 5 attempts today I need to wait for 24 hrs to try again. does anyone have tips on how to do it?

I’m at 3 weeks now from COPR and no updates whatsoever, not even for pictures. It’s such a disappointment because I have flights booked in 10 days…
As far as I know, the solemn declaration can be filled out 6 weeks after the card has been mailed out because you declare that it’s either lost/stolen, but in your case I’m not sure that’s applicable.

I also had to cancel my ticket and lost too much money. There is no other way to describe this disappointment, I thought ecopr was the last step but now it is PR card
Please ensure that your place of birth is accurately entered. My eCOPR listed my place of birth as Hyderabad, TALG. When I used this information to link the account, I received the message 'We found no applications.' However, when I entered the full state name, I was able to successfully link the account.
