There were a lot of eCOPRs yesterday but today was definitely very quiet. Seems they took a break lol

I only see a general mail in my app, it doesn't say "CANADIAN BANK NOTE COMPANY" . Has anyone experienced this? This is after GU2.

Yeah, "General Mail" is pretty common, but unfortunately that's not your PR card. I started using the app about two weeks ago and I have seen multiple General Mails since then.

P2 15 Jan and replied on the same day
March 27: I called them, and they said they would leave a note since it's been more than 60 days.
March 28: Tracker shows an update saying we received your enquiry.
March 28 Midday: Received the Email to Download the ECOPR.
VO to issue: Montreal office.

Thank you!! For providing all the assistance. It was not an easy wait, but we received it in the end.

Hi guys,

Has anybody experienced glitches on the portal recently? Earlier today, it showed that the address and a photo were not provided, even though they were submitted a month ago (right after the P2 email). After two login-logout attempts, all the information was back in the portal. Is it OK?

Yes I had the same issue on the portal today. Basis some old forums I read, it’s a system glitch on the portal at times. Nothing to worry about.

Yes there was a glitch
Now issue is resolved

* AOR: Aug 30, 2024
* FD: Jan 10, 2025
* P1: Jan 10, 2025 (replied the same day)
* P2: Jan 14, 2025 (uploaded photo and address the same day)
* eCOPR: Mar 31, 2025

Next journey: PRcard (I'm preparing my mental health for this next step, as it's taking a long time)
