PR confirmation portal timelines

Hello,
any idea of why i cannot upload any document to
prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca
it says initiated, also it says Submissions for this category are now closed (parents and grandparents' category)
Do i need to create another application?
any idea of what is going on?

I believe they closed parents and grandparents sponsorship program late last year until further notice maybe that is the reason?

True, and am here in Canada, I thought that I need to use this site as a mean of communication, why I don't know?

prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca is mainly used to upload self declaration, passport photo and home address for issuance of ECOPR and later on PR Card, were you invited under parents and sponsor category and then got your P1? usually they send you this link at the end of PR Process also the last date to apply in this category was August 2, 2024.

that would be very rare, PR Card usually takes 3 to 4 weeks minimum after ECOPR.

My eCOPR was on March 6th, and today, I got an update that my card was mailed. I hope to get in a week from now or so, but not sure, it says it might take up to 6 weeks to arrive.

Thank you, I see on the webside IRCC, the processing time for PR card is 12 days now

My eCOPR is 10feb, on 13feb I submitted the photo again. No update on portal or GC key since then
