Congratulations @Shel12. It is terrible that IRCC says you can submit an expired PCC and they will accept it, but then they don't accept it!

"Some countries put expiry dates on their police certificates. If you have a police certificate that expired, include it. We’ll accept it if:

• it was issued after the last time you stayed there for 6 months in a row or longer
• it is not for the country where you currently live

We may ask for updated documents at any time during processing."

I'm glad you got through the second time.

It was rough, but it worked out in the end. I requested a new one and got it the same day I received the new ITA.

Very happy for you. I am also pnp non express entry indemand skill stream with same p1 and p2 date as yours. Hoping to get ecopr soon. Happy to see that end of Nov p2s are getting ecopr. Do you mind sharing you visa offices?

Does anybody know what's the processing time for prtd right now. I got my ecopr today and i am planning to leave the country from 18th feb to 25mar or 30 mar. Should i apply for prtd or enter canada through land border(US).?

2 to 3 months as per my lawyer.

Just add to add some context to this. If you requested a police record while outside Canada, this statement from IRCC does not apply. That was the mistake I made.

I really hope they finish issuing eCoPRs to all 2024 applicants by the end of this month - it's a reach, but I truly hope so.
