PR confirmation portal timelines

My Tracker is still showing In progress , however I have already received my eCOPR
Do anyone know when the tracker gets updated ? And also in PR portal Address and Photo are still showing 'In Review with IRCC" and last Update date as when I updated my Photo 20 Nov .

My eCoPR was issued on January 06 and tracker got updated with status : Closed (In green) on January 07.

Wait for the second email to come. In the meantime, log out and log back in. Go all the way down and see if there's a download button for your eCoPR!

Congratulations, I believe it will be available to download in some time . Try to log out and login again
For me when I received this email and login in to PR portal , I could see the eCOPR to download

For me second email didn't came but I could download it from Portal.

Montreal. But when I called last week to IRCC they told me that my file is with Etobicoke.
Not sure when it moved to Montreal.

I did receive a second email from the officer with his initials. However, I was able to download after receiving the first one.

I suppose you might have became PR at Etobicoke but the document was issued at Montreal? For be, both of these are Etobicoke!

IRCC is very clever. The approved my BOWP 6 days before issuing my eCoPR! Chances are they might process it back to back in order to avoid any refunds!

Hello, If you get the eCOPR and still BOWP is in progress then the file will be automatically withdrawn by IRCC and they will make a refund.
This is what immigration lawyer told me when I inquired for the same question.

Yes, that's how it should be but some of the applicants I know called IRCC to find out that their file was already been processed by an officer, hence, no refund will be issued even the applicants withdrew them!

I suppose you might have became PR at Etobicoke but the document was issued at Montreal? For be, both of these are Etobicoke!

For me both Issued and became pr is showing Montreal only .

In 2022, I submitted a Work Permit extension application twice.

The first submission was with my old passport, which was set to expire in five months. After receiving my new passport, I submitted a second application. IRCC approved the new application and refunded the fee for the initial one.

At the time, I didn’t submit a web form because IRCC was not processing them then.
I guess my office was kind enough to issue a refund.

BTW, I'm yet to receive any sorts of update with my BOWP which I applied on July 24.

The second email you got on the same day ? or later . And the same person sent the email who signed your eCOPR ?
I only received first email and downloaded the eCOPR.
