Yep. eCoPR is all you need. They sent only 1 PR card yesterday and currently waiting for the other one.

Further, my BOWP was approved on DEC 23 and I still have not received the hard copy in mail. It would be 6 weeks on Feb 3. My immigration consultant told me that they would have to put together an application stating my BOWP was lost (they would charge extra for this). However, I thought I simply have to call IRCC and inform them that I have not received it in mail. Do you guys have any suggestions?

I think almost of all October applicant received their ECOPR. Let's pray for people who received P2 in Nov and Dec . Hope we receive our ECOPR soon. 
Call them on the 6th week mark first and then see what can they do. My SP was lost back in 2021 and they simply issued a new one and sent it within 7 days without any additional charge.

eCoPR can only be downloaded from the portal. They don't send it in the email.
Information letter is not part of this message chain. But let me tell you what it mean - when you apply from outside canada- You will get information letter is mostly called RFV letter which is almost the final PR letter. After that you can simply send the passport to VFS and your passport will get stamped.
If you are applying inside Canada
You will get email confirmation - P1 which will ask for basic info to verify and create P2 credentials
P2 is basically virtual entry in Canada and if you are from outside Canada you can simply ignore this process as its not part of this- P1 and P2
Yes you have to send your child passport for stamping all instruction must be written in RFV or information letter you get from GC portal
My husband (outland) got his copr and visa back in November. I'm primary inland - still waiting
PR visa is mostly called Information letter or RFV(Request For visa) letter. In this scenario P1 and P2 is not possible. Your Pr card process when you first time land in canada.
