Hey @Miss bee,

I received AOR, ADR and BIL today. I have question regarding IMM5669 form. IRCC requested new IMM5669 form, they sent a link for the form in the ADR email but link is not working so I downloaded IMM5669 form from IRCC website. I have more education, work and address history but IMM5669 form has only 4-5 rows and there is no way I can add additional rows. In this situation, what should I do? Is there any other link available for this IMM5669 with more rows?
What did you do?

Hi all, finally after exactly 5 months I got my AOR today. I had submitted my application on 23rd July. I got the email (think it is a standard one) stating that i need to pay for biometric and do it. But when i linked my account and opened it , there it shows my biometric as valid till 2032. Shoudl i ignore the email or raise a webform
You should receive it soon. Someone in this thread from July 23 received AOR last week. I guess they are processing those ones now.

For non-express entry PR applications, you must provide biometrics even if you already had for a different process.

You can do an extra page yourself on a excel table and attach to the IMM5669 file when you scan it. Make sure you have written on the top of the page: "IMM5669 - SCHEDULE A BACKGROUND / DECLARATION - 8. Personal History (continuation)", your name below it, include a table with all the same columns and the information you need to add, sign it and date it (YYYY-MM-DD) the added page.

And do the same for the section under "12. Adress".

Hello, How long does it usually take from AOR to be able to link your application on GCkey? I got AOR yesterday and tried to link but the submission says "No applications found". Thanks!

I did it right away. Make sure you're filling all the information correctly.

It can take a few days to several weeks after receiving your AOR for your application to be accessible for linking to your GCKey account. This depends on when IRCC updates your application in their system. If you’re receiving the message “No applications found,” it’s likely because your application hasn’t been uploaded completely to IRCC’s online system yet

Here’s a step-by-step guide to linking your PNP PR application to your GCKey account:

Step-by-Step Guide to Link PNP PR Application to GCKey:
1. Log in to GCKey:
• Visit the GCKey login page.
• Enter your credentials or create an account if you don’t already have one.
2. Go to “Link Application to This Account”:
• After logging in, click on “Add/Link your application to your account” under the “What would you like to do today?” section.
3. Select Application Type:
• Choose “Permanent Residence” from the drop-down menu.
4. Select the Category:
• For PNP PR applications, select “Provincial Nominee Program (Non-Express Entry)” unless your application was through Express Entry.
5. Enter Your Application Details
• You will need the following information
• Application Number/Personal Reference Number: Found on your AOR (e.g., EP######## or X000#######).
• Surname/Last Name: Enter exactly as it appears on your application.
• Date of Birth: Enter in the format YYYY-MM-DD.
• Place of Birth: Enter your city/town as per your application.
6. Fill Additional Fields:
• Choose one of the following to narrow down the search:
• Passport Information: Include your passport number, issue date, and expiry date.
• UCI (Unique Client Identifier): Found on your previous correspondence with IRCC, e.g., a study or work permit.
• Other Details: Such as your province of nomination and nomination certificate number.
7. Search for Your Application:
• After entering all details, click “Search for my application”.
• If the application is found, it will show on the screen. Select it and confirm linking.
8. Wait if Not Found:
• If your application isn’t found, wait for a few more days and try again. Ensure the details you enter exactly match what you provided in your application.

Additional Tips:
• Ensure there are no typos in the information entered.
• Try using different combinations of information (e.g., try UCI with passport information if other fields don’t work).
• Avoid attempting to link multiple times in one day, as it may lock you out temporarily.
• If unsuccessful after multiple tries over a few weeks, contact IRCC via the web form or call the client support center.

Thanks! I was able to link by choosing a different set of information to find my application. I also received an ADR for updated Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) form with no personal and address history gap. How do I upload this document? I don't see an option in Gckey ( unless I'm missing where it should be ). I know webform is another option but I think that's slower as compared to IRCC account. Please advice. Thank you!

When you receive an Additional Document Request (ADR) from IRCC, the process to upload the requested documents depends on how they’ve communicated the request. Here’s what to do:
How to Upload the IMM 5669 (Schedule A) Form:

1. Check for an Upload Option in GCKey:
• Log in to your GCKey account.
• Open your linked application and look for the section labeled “Messages” or “Uploaded Documents”.
• If the ADR is reflected in your account, there should be an upload placeholder under the “Action required” section or in a list of document categories (e.g., “Schedule A – IMM 5669”).
• Click “Upload File”, attach the completed IMM 5669 form, and submit it.

2. If No Upload Placeholder is Available
• If you do not see an upload option in GCKey, this may mean the system hasn’t fully updated yet, or the upload function wasn’t added to your account. In such cases, proceed to submit the document via the IRCC Webform.

Using the IRCC Webform (If Required):
1. Prepare the Document • Complete the IMM 5669 form, ensuring there are no gaps in your personal history and address history.
• Save the file as a PDF. Name it descriptively (e.g., “Schedule_A_IMM5669_Firstname_Lastname.pdf”).
2. Submit via Webform:
• Visit the IRCC Webform page.
• Select Permanent Residence as the application type.
• Provide your details (UCI, application number, etc.).
• Attach the IMM 5669 form under the “Upload a File” section. (Maximum file size: 2 MB.)
• Submit the webform.

Which Option is Faster?
• GCKey: If the upload option is available, use it, as updates to your file are generally faster through GCKey.
• Webform: While slightly slower, it’s still an effective way to submit documents if GCKey doesn’t have an upload option.

Thank you so much for your prompt response.

@andrews17 : Thanks for your response. I have 2 more queries 1) I have already paid the biometric fees during the time of application submission then why are they asking me to make payment again? 2) How do you usually get ADR- by email or do i need to keep checking on the GCkey portal?

Here are the answers to your queries:
1. Why are they asking for biometric fees again if you already paid?
• This could be due to a clerical error or a system glitch. If you’ve already paid the biometric fee at the time of application submission, you can prove it by providing a copy of your payment receipt.
• Log into your GCKey account to check your submitted application details and confirm the fee payment.
• If the request is still showing, you can raise a Webform to IRCC, attaching your receipt and explaining that you already paid the fee.

2. How do you receive an ADR (Additional Document Request)?
• GCKey Portal: IRCC typically updates your account on the GCKey portal with any ADRs. It’s important to check your portal regularly.
• Email Notification: You may also receive an email notification directing you to log into your GCKey portal to view the request. Ensure you monitor your email inbox (including spam/junk folders) for any communication from IRCC.

Can someone help me with the following questions?

1. I received ADR for Schedule A form. I'm filling it without any gaps but I don't have enough rows in the personal history section. How can I complete it?
2. I also got ADR requesting my original marriage certificate (apparently I mistakenly only sent the translated one). Should I submit just one webform with both Schedule A and marriage certificate or should I submit them separately?
1. How to complete the Schedule A form when you run out of rows in the personal history section?
• If you don’t have enough rows to complete the section, you can:
1. Fill out the available rows in the Schedule A form as thoroughly as possible.
2. Create an additional document (e.g., a Word document or PDF) titled “Schedule A - Additional Information.”
3. Format the additional document to match the columns in the form, including all the missing information (e.g., start/end dates, activity details).
4. Mention in the form itself (in the last row or as a note): “For additional personal history details, please refer to the attached document.”

2. How to submit Schedule A and your marriage certificate?
• Single Submission: Since both requests are part of the same ADR, it is generally best to submit all documents together in one webform or through the document upload section (if your GCKey portal allows direct uploads).
• In the explanation field or cover letter (if uploading via the webform), clearly indicate that you’re responding to multiple ADRs. Example:
• “This submission includes (1) a completed Schedule A form with additional information attached, and (2) the original marriage certificate as requested.”
By combining both documents, you reduce the chance of confusion or delays in processing. Be sure to verify that all attachments are complete and legible before submission!

Hi everyone, happy holidays! I'm looking for some insights here. I had an old medical exam record (eligible for exemption) that was not linked to my application. I called on Oct 23rd and the agent was able to find it and "passed a note to the responsible office to get it reviewed". I also submitted a webform to upload the old medical exam as an additional document. It's been 2 months, and I have not had any update. On my application page, it still says the required medical was not received, and the document was not updated under additional document neither (it only took 3 weeks to get my ADR updated as under review). I called again today and the agent couldn't provid any explanation on why it's taking so long or any estimates on time. This is probably just my anxiety flaring up, but is it normal for them to take more than 2 months to even get started on reviewing a document/notes from an agent? Does anyone know if there is anything I can do to facilitate the process? Appritiate all the helps!

Hi All,
I applied non express entry PR, after i recieved employee sponsered ontario economic stream nomination on August 11th as an inland applicant. Since we have a commitment, myself and my spouse(dependent applicant) are travelling to india for few months. I have not recieved my AOR yet, Im planning to go to india by end of January, my spouse already traveled to India. We are planning to return back by mid of March.

When I get AOR and biometrics request, will it be ok if we do biometrics in India ? Or I do biometrics in Canada and my spouse does biometrics in India ?

Should I be informing IRCC regarding my situation?
