That's really bizarre but then again, IRCC have been known to do this kind of things before. How long after P2 they got this email? Out of curiosity, did these 3 applicants share the same home country? If so, do you know which one?

I read a post of Kubeir Kamal (immigration consultant) that the quotas of copr for 2024 is almost over, so the issuance of copr is halted or extremely slow .
This happens every year during this time as per him.
So once the 2025 quotas are available , it will be issued fast from January 2025 for all the waiting candidates.

This morning, randomly i logged into my GC key portal and happened to see that my application status has changed to Approved for my Bridging Open Work Permit.
However, i did not receive any email nor any confirmation document is available on the portal.
But the final decision says Approved.

Yes very few are getting out of long list waiting for copr . So as per him many will get it quickly from Jan when the quotas of 2025 will be available.

I have heard that too from many people also it states on ircc website that they count quotas upto october but doesn’t know how true it is.But if this is the case I think then september portals will be approved in jan and then what about us october ones cant wait that far already waited enough
