• In cases where the PVO passes parts of the processing to the SVO, the SVO may make the final assessment on certain aspects of the application.
• The final decision is often made by the PVO or whichever office has the application at its final stage.
• However, if the SVO performs the final checks or security verifications, it could also have input into the final decision.
In essence, the PVO manages the application initially, and the SVO may handle certain parts. Both offices collaborate, but the final decision usually rests with the office that completes the last required check.

Hello @Miss bee - Please enlighten me. I want to be sure I'm not missing any step. In the tracker it says " We sent you a message with instructions on how to submit your fingerprints and photo. Please complete this by the date shown in your message." However, on my main account login it with GCKey, no other message aside stating my UCI #, Application and Biometric start and Finish Date which means the previous one I did is still valid. And other icon below states:

It says that i have no employment restriction but it states my companies name and NOC. Will it be okay if my noc gets from TEER 3 TO 4 ? Any help will be highly appreciated
