PR confirmation portal timelines

Permanent Residence Portal. For example if you applied PNP, you must submit your application from that portal. When you login, there is 'status' and 'category' filters.

It’s a family sponsorship…and it was applied online.
But I thought PR Portal is the one that we create when P2 email comes.

Me and my wife have received the portal 1 email on Sept 12 and waiting for Portal 2 email.
In the meantime I have checked my cgkey account and the tracker but nothing has been updated in regard to showing that a decision have been made!
Is this normal? I see people say that they get a Decision Made notification before Portal 1email, but I didn't receive anything in that regard.

I received the P1 Sept. 17th. I don't see an update on a decision in mine either. My background check is still showing 'In Progress'. I see a lot of people say that receiving the P1 is a positive thing, maybe this means it's approved. I'm trying not to overthink it but I can't help it. Good luck to us all!

Hi everyone, I'm stuck with a weird immigration problem:
Got first Portal 1 on August 8, 2024
Been waiting for Portal 2 since then
Today, I got another Portal 1 instead of Portal 2
Has this happened to anyone? What should I do?

Same thing happened to me. Just respond and they will send you P2.
July 31- P1 from Etobicoke
August 28- P1 again from Montreal
Sept 11- P2
Now waiting for eCOPR.

It won’t update anymore until you get eCOPR. At least that was my case. Even after that, the review of additional documents part still shows “we need additional documents to continue processing your application.”

Hii, applied on 30 Jan 2024, AOR/BIL 27 March , 17 April pre arrival and medical passed nothing after that PVO Winnipeg, SVO Whitehorse

My VOs are the same as your. But I applied under express entry canadian experience class.
Aor march 6
BIL may 7
ADR july 25 & 26
FD july 30
P1 july 31
P1 again aug 28
P2 sept 11

Isn’t Application Portal to file for PR application is different than PR Portal that we create after receiving P2?

is the same, at least in my case because i am using the same e-mail that used when i created my PR application and the email that provided in P1.

I honestly have no idea what the Final Decision portion is. It looks like it's where they will write "status approved" or something along those lines...
