My Medical results were not received by the IRCC and the GcKey account reads "we did not receive the results of your medical exam"
I obtained the medical sheets from the testing center and submitted them over webform.
I received an email from IRCC yesterday saying

We have received your enquiry regarding the addition of a document to your application. However, it appears that the document in question was not included with your request.
If you already submitted your document via Web form and received a message confirming reception of your document, rest assured we have received it.

I dont know how to interpret this, did IRCC get the documents or did they not. Meanwhile the GcKey account still says Medical not received and my tracker doesnt register (raised another webform for it two weeks ago and havent heard from them"

I tried calling IRCC today but due to high volume they were unable to transfer my call to an agent. I resent the medical sheets over another webform today. I am getting really worried now as its been 3 weeks past the deadline for the medical exam. I am not even sure if they got it or they didnt.

You should submit another webform . Looks like there was error when you submitted webform yesterday.

What visa were you on ? You have to put that status.

It’s always visitor visa. Even when I had study permit. Now I have a work permit, and my visa is a visitor visa.

No , you have work permit now so you are worker . Visitor is one who holds visit visa to Canada and can stay upto 6 months.

what should i enter in this question. i just travelled from USA to canada as i went for just long weekend so i got confusion that what should i entered. as while travelling from USA to canada via car, they do not did stamping. hope somebody can help me with this.

hi @Miss bee MY medical passed on aug 09,2024 how long for portal 1 it will take. I am planing to go to back home in october before that will get or not any idea. i submitted march 20,2024. anybody have same timeline.

It can take around 2-6 months more and depends what stage your application has passed .

Date of last time you entered Canada (YYYY/MM/DD): Date when you went to US and came back recently.
Location of where you last entered: border name .

How to save the online forms on your computer? I tried to follow the instructions, select Print and then save it as PDF. Unfortunately, it didn’t work for me. There wasn’t an option to save it as PDF. So, I was wondering if someone succeeded.

You should put the date you came back from the US and mention the location (whatever border).
