Hi there,
Any advice or help at all would be great, as I am wondering what went wrong with my application. I’m trying to make an EE profile with the hopes of being eligible for FSW, considering my work experience, but am considered ineligible. Can someone tell me which part of my profile makes me ineligible and what steps I can take?

I am 25,

Graduated with a foreign Bachelor’s degree (with ECA) + Canadian diploma (2 year),

CLB 9,

Declared enough CADfor more than two people,

I worked the following hours while studying as a full time student in Canada:

Company 1:
Position 1 - 35 Hours a week - 4 months
Position 2 - 12 Hours a week - 8 months
Position 3 - 24 Hours a week - 8 months

The positions have different titles but job duties are exactly the same. When my contract was renewed I was getting different salaries depending on my hours. The gap in between positions is probably a week (ex. Contract ends in August and new contract starts in September)

Any help is appreciated. Will fill in if you need any info

It sounds like your work experience may not be continuous. You need work experience of at least a year in a single occupation that is continuous to qualify for FSW.

What foreign experience do you have? Do you have a year of Canadian skilled experience on PGWP? Experience during Canadian studies do not count.
