Finally, an update:

P1 - April 17: Replied the same day.

P1 - June 17: Email resent, and Web Form request submitted.

P1 - June 20: 2nd Notice received, replied the same day.

P1 - Ongoing: Weekly emails sent and several forms submitted. We called, but they were unable to confirm receipt of our emails.

P1 - July 18: Request for assistance submitted via MP.
After three months...
P2 - July 19

Congrats! Seems like they lost your initial P1 email and then you got put back in queue on June 20, since they send out P2s to people with P1s from June 19-20 this week

Congrats!! Did you receive the PR card yet?

I didn’t receive my card yet but my application just got approved on Monday & on Wednesday my account was updated saying the card has now been mailed!! So I’m hoping to get it next week

My portal never once got updated so to everyone who is waiting make sure to link your PR card application to your GCKey as soon as you receive your eCOPR, that way you can log in & see ghost updates and you’ll get an email once the card is in the mail.
