I have got my P1 on June 10th and how do I get contact department that are responsible to send email P2?

Did you tried Resending the email ? , Like Followup - Subject , or Reply: Subject , or you can also send your reply to your previous reply of your mail

It Should be good, but I would recommend you wait until end of this week
