Still waiting for P2 for my wife. Wanted to ask people that have finished the process what they did for the photo for P2. My wife has the photo she originally submitted with her application but at this point it is over 12 months old so can she still use it? Or have a new one taken? If getting a new one, is it possible to just take a photo with a smartphone for use? I know there are restrictions on the photo size etc but I've seen mention of apps/sites to editing to make the photo fit the requirements.

Anyone received P1 this week?? Waiting since May 24th as FD got updated and COPR details on tracker.. Edmonton/Etobicoke offices
I am calling IRCC from last two days and they said their systems are down
same date for P2 but I haven't heard anything from them yet

Received a letter to submit documents for the Outland dependent, but no Portal emails for me, Inland principal applicant.
Called agent, she told me that my file is transferring from Vancouver to Etobicoke for the final stage and it may take time.
Is it normal to have the processing office change on this stage?
