Did you notify the province yourself that the business had closed?

When did the business close? How long ago? It looks like you have a post from over a year ago indicating the business has closed. If you did not notify the province immediately, I don't think there is any way to save your nomination at this point. You were required to notify the province.

I didn't knew about business closure as i am outlander, PIU called employer and he informed them we are temporary closed but their COR was valid at that time (June'2023).

What happens if the terms of my employment have changed?

Nominees whose terms of employment have changed (termination, lay-off) will have 45 days to find another employment offer that meets the conditions of their existing work permit. If the existing nominee is unable to find another employment offer that meets the conditions of their existing work permit, they may request an extension to the 45 days.
The SINP must be notified immediately if the job held by a nominees or existing applicant changes, they are laid off, or their job is terminated. Withholding this information is misrepresentation.

Yes, I have same understanding, but in their letter they didn't mention that I should provide new job offer within 5 days that's why I am bit worried.

Since they withdrew the nomination, it may be too late.

If you are having challenges navigating, then it would likely be best to hire a lawyer to help you vs doing it yourself.
