You can Apply for PRTD if u think you won't get PR card before june.

If you are travelling in a private vehicle and crossing land border, you should be fine with just eCOPR.

I think you need a PR card to enter back or the PRTD - which online says can only be applied from outside Canada. Tricky situation

My GF received her eCOPR today but when she opened the PR Portal, the eCOPR there belongs to someone else with different name on it, but she got email saying that your are permanent resident of Canada.
