I have same situation like you . I replied P1 on March 22 and sell waiting for p2 . Some people got it within 2 weeks . and me still waiting it has been more than 3 weeks .

I am similar, replied to p1 on 19th of March and still nothing for p2 yet

I think there’s a lot of people who received their P1 on march 19 that’s still waiting until now for their P2. It’s gonna be my 4th week tomorrow waiting just for the P2.

I Had p1 in Feb 20 from etobicoke and responded to the email. Didn't hear back from ircc. Sent follow up email on March 25 no response. Called ircc April 9th. Was told p2 was already send on Feb 24th. Was told to sent another follow up email however no response till date. Anyone had similar issue or could suggest what to do.

If you submitted your application via the PR portal you can try to login using your same credentials and see if you have access https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login

I would email the address that sent you P1. Tell them you are having an issue and can't log in since Feburary that is not ok.

I am so sorry this is happening to you. I had my fare share of beaurocratic immigration problems and it is very frustrating.
