I was a bit slow to replying. Replied on the 7th and then over the weekend realized I made a mistake in my first reply, so I replied a second time on the 10th. I've seen Montreal can take a long time to respond so I was a bit nervous that replying a second time would send me back to the bottom of the inbox, but it was surprisingly quick! I've noticed in the past week or so on here the pace has been picking up a bit, so I think we can remain hopeful! :)

Did you apply via express entry? I am in Quebec so I am trying to see if my timeline is going to be slower because of that.

thank you, I called IRCC, and found somehow P1 email on 29 FEB was sent to me , which I have not received (cross-check all spam, and trash). The agent has requested Montreal VO to resend again.

So waiting for the Portal One email for the PR portal account creation

I am sorry that happened but I am glad you were able to figure out what was going on

Hi,

I have been waiting for PR portal email since March 7th. Received P1 email on March 7 and replied on same day but still no response.

Any idea folks, how much time it takes?

Congrats—that's lightning fast! The Montreal office is really all over the place when it comes to issuing CoPRs. My Portal 1 e-mail came on February 5, and I'm still waiting for the CoPR. You received yours one month later and already got the confirmation too, lol. There's no logic whatsoever. Thank God I've already gotten used to these things over the years. Nothing can teach you patience like IRCC, haha.
