Try to call them in the morning right at 8 am. Also usually I choose option 1 which is Temporary resident. then I wait until they says press 0 to talk to agent. I hope that helps.

I did my P2 on Dec 21, and still haven’t received ECOPR. My doc too says expiring in Nov 2024.

Thanks for your help. I just got the P2 email a couple of minutes back today. I did call them today and I sent emails to all VOs on 24th Jan.

My dependent travelled out of Canada after P1. Do I need to change the response of my dependent's presence in Canada for P2? Shall I wait for the eCOPR to initiate the PRTD process? Please advise.

In COPR - i just request for my COPR and explained that my status were going to expired soon and wrote my personal details and send to all VO .
