Yes, in same boat. I got it P1 on Dec 19. sent couple of emails to all the VO's still no reply.

Same here, except a little later.

I got P1 on Dec 27. Sent my first batch of emails to all the VO's yesterday.

Will update when I receive something. Hopefully soon (?)

I called IRCC also , was told that they will send an email to Montreal VO to speed up my p2 process

I tried sending email. Got an automated response saying “Address not found”

This VO should also returns automated receipt message.

Brendan, I think you have your email addresses wrong.
it is <ircc.clientportalprairies-prairiesclientportail.ircc@cic.gc.ca>
The second portion is always "Portail" rather than "portal". The email address is consist of English + French
