I also see 'e-Grant DF' noted in my file after my background check was completed. I believe this is a stage where you're waiting for a decision; otherwise, it would say 'ceremony ready'

Is this stage where as applicants we wait for 4-6 months for the oath ?

'Ceremony ready' means your application is complete, your citizenship has been granted, and you are simply awaiting scheduling for the ceremony. The waiting time for this stage can vary from a few days to several months.

Me. It'll be 3 weeks tomorrow.
I am predicting it will take 2-3 months with holiday season plus the general pattern I've observed. Hopefully I am wrong and it's sooner but I also can't complain because so many others have been waiting significantly longer. I hope it works out for everyone sooner!

I am LPP update Nov 30, they seem to have closed for the year. Not seen a Mississauga oath invite recently.
I called IRCC and they said they are still open and only closed for Dec 25th, 26th and Jan 1st. Otherwise it's business as usual. Who told you it is closed? I am curious if they are giving out misinformation now to candidates.

Just insinuating and I was referring to Mississauga not IRCC as a whole, not seen an oath invite from Mississauga in a while. Hopefully it picks back up in the new year.
