Hi, I am worried now for my application. It’s been 6 months now since I applied. I just want to know if there is any Hope that I can get my citizenship. I didn’t passed the test 3 times and I also went to the hearing and the officer didn’t make a decision.. the only stage that is now is for citizenship test and prohibition in progress can you tell me if there is any chance for approval even things are seems like complicated?

There is nothing we can say here that will be practical to you. We don't know how it went with the hearing, so...
Just wait for the hearing decision. It will come at some point. Absolute worst case : you didn't prove enough knowledge of Canada, the dedicion is negative, and you can reapply again, and this time hopefully pass the test without fuss. So, if you just want to know if "there is hope you can get your citizenship", the answer is yes, there is, what we can say is how the rest of the road will actually be.

the hearing went and said you submitted a waiver it’s unfair to you if we close your application so all you have to do is wait and we need to sent this in the other office for approval. And I asked what requirements did I met said physical presence and language also comes to the background verification is completed after that March 27 there is no update at all since then. And were saying everytime I called IRCC they reviewing your waiver and 10 months the processing time.

Waivers take time. Sometimes a significant time: many months, potentially years.
Here's a thread, for example, of people going through medical waivers : some had to wait for years : https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-i...ation-medical-waiver-for-test-and-oath.753836
All you can do is wait. Try to forget about it, you'll get a decision at some point. What's for sure is that there is no point checking the average processing time, it doesn't apply to non-routine applications, and failing the test 3 times and presenting a waiver at hearing is absolutely non-routine...

I tried everything just to inform IRCC what will be the matter in some cases. But if I had a luck for this I will be able to make it. I know waiting for a decision hope does it comes to a good result. I also tried to update and ask them through web form. And I don’t have idea what will be, I was trying to inform IRCC the best of my knowledge in my situation and seems like this thoughts is keep me holding on. For my understanding is that the only way of knowing these things is what based on their records what really is if my application approve I will likely getting my Citizenship.
