ITA September 2023 AOR Timelines

I see a GU yesterday in my GCkey account. The background chech changed from "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information." to "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check."
It is kind of going backward, does anyone has the same happening? I checked my tracker today and nothing updated.

no change in tracker or GCKey which is normal because now I have to wait for email number 2 to do my online landing and upload my photo for PR card.

My medical has been passed in GC key. and Final Decision says "December 22, 2023 Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made." What does this mean ?? Can I expect portal 1 ??

AOR:-Sept 16th
Biometrics:- Dec 15th
Medical:- Passed(GC Key)

Medicals and biometrics are not updated in tracker. Is that normal ??

No updates on GC Key Portal
Impossible to create an account on the tracker : they say that my UCI doesn't exist
Pls share any guidance / recommendations

Update 24/12/2023 :

Received my UCI as well as Bio metrics letter few days after the attached comment...

Medical exam : Completed
Bio metrics : Completed
Background Check : In progress :/
Eligibility : Not Started

Totally normal, I faced the same thing. Actually, it took 3 to 4 days to see the update Good luck !
