The same thing happened with me file submitted OCT 02. On Dec 12 received a Biometric fee payment letter , and medical pass update but On Dec 13 medical result changed now I can see a blank bulletin under medical result . Do you know what does that mean?

Same here. We have to wait. Nothing we can do, unfortunately. Rest assured your medical is passed.

Complete timeline-
PNP- INLAND
ITA: 19th September
AOR: 25 September
Medical passed: 12 October
Biometric payment; 2 November
BIL :- 2 November
Biometrics Completed: 7th November
Eligibility Completed: 8th November
Background Check Completed: still showing in progress
Final Decision: Still showing in Progress ( not updated yet )
Portel request:- 14 December
