Hello Everyone,
I have recieved a procedural fairness letter from gov't of canada through my spouse email. The letter is basically from the person that interviewed us weeks before and she said that shes not satisfied with our answers 1. because there were 2 questions we answered differntly 2. Based on information available to her shes not satisfied with the marriage and says is not genuine and was entered into primarily for the purpose of acquiring any status or privilege under the Act. So it says "I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements to obtain a permanent resident visa as a family member of my spouse and before the final decision, I would like to give you an opportunity to respond to this information within 30 days from the receipt of this letter to make any representations in this regard.
Our case is Group 5 sponsership and one of the sponsors is my uncle who has been living in canda for more than 10 years. One thing she said in our interview was did we me and my family as in my uncle paid my spouse to be with me for my advantage.
So anyone can advice me on how to respond already have some responses but if anyone can guide me on how to respond like what to do and what not to do. Thank you.
