Yesterday I called IRCC to follow-up about my eCOPR (portal 2 submitted on Sep 04). Today tracker shows an update dated Oct 05. It says “We received your inquiry”. Is it a positive sign for eCOPR processing? Or a regular update for based on my phone call?

I called IRCC on Sep 29 and the agent suggested me to reply to portal 1 email again, so I replied to portal 1 email again. This is the only follow up I sent.
I think this is probably for the phone enquiry. A counselor told me that every time you call IRCC there will be a enquiry.
did you get portal 2??? i am waiting from 28 July means 70 days !!!!!!!!
Hey guys, sorry for the late update but I got my eCoPR on Oct. 5th from VO Etobicoke. Finally relieved.
my boyfriend got his pr card within 3 days after they sent him an email that it has been dispatched. However it took almost 2 months after his Ecopr to get that email. Even after receiving the pr card you may still see that your photo is still in review so that's not a problem. Once the pr card is dispatched it only takes 3-5 days and you will get an email.
