PR confirmation portal timelines

Thanks to all who shared their timeline again. It seems that all of the long pending cases are from Montreal office. So, you don’t need to me much worried. Like you, many many people have been waiting for their COPR. It’s ridiculous. Some are even waiting since August. It believe 4-6 week is a very common timeline at Montreal VO, specially it is true for non-express entry streams. Hope the lazy wheel of Montreal VO will speed up next week.

Montreal is dead slow & random - Does not matter if Express or Not
The calls to IRCC will not yield much as they will say this is now with Landing team

Yes, I've been waiting for portal 2 credentials since August 7th. Have called a couple of times and responded the email again but no luck.

Call IRCC and ask them to check if P2 was sent and Lost
Montreal is notorious for this

Does it help if applicant and dependent are both already in Canada? Cause we already are in Ontario. But still waiting for Portal 2 Email since Sept 14th.
VO montreal.

Did you do anything special in particular?

My P2 submission is on Sept 12th and I'm still waiting for eCOPR, my VO is also Montreal and I am EE-FSW applicant

No nothing, just waited. I think Montreal VO is random at best, I applied under CEC Inland.

Yep, and there's a lot more holidays coming up in the next months. I have given up on IRCC. Absolutely pathetic how so many people are suffering due to their incompetence.

I got a ghost update today, Montreal might be working behind the scenes - Let's keep hoping for a ramp-up.

Inland Application - BC PNP - Express Entry
Portal 1: August 16 (submitted info same day)
Portal 2: Sept 4 (submitted photo and address same day, except for 1 dependent who had to travel)
Emailed back Portal 1 to request an outland process for 1 dependent: Sept 12th
eCoPR: waiting
PR Card: waiting
Follow-up: I have called a couple of times, but they asked me to exercise patience.
