Hi Guys, I'm a bit lost.

Two days ago I received a portal email from IRCC.ClientPortalOntario-OntarioClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca
asking to provide my personal details

* Name as it appears in your passport:
* UCI:
* Email: (one for the whole family)
* Original entry date (YYYY/MM/DD) :
...
I replied and I then received an automated reply:

***Please note that this is an automated message. Do not reply.***
Thank you for contacting us.
This email address is dedicated solely to clients invited by IRCC to use the Permanent Residence (PR) Portal in order to be confirmed as permanent residents. You must be invited by IRCC in order to have an account created in the PR Portal.
IRCC will not be responding to requests or follow-ups if you did not received an invitation from IRCC.
Today I checked the tracker and I already have a COPR number.

Should I wait for a 2nd email for an instruction to use portal?

Hi everyone,

AR - June 6, 2023
AOR - Aug 12
ADR - Aug 14
Bio & Medical passed - Sep 12 (upfront Bio and med)
PAL - Sep 13 (today)

GCkey says background check and eligibility are still in processing. What would be the next according to my timeline? Non-EE PNP
Does anyone have any idea what would be next and how long approx. ?

Hi guys,
Something really weird happened with my application.
I've got ATIP/GCMS report and it says COPR was ISSUED, and CANCELLED the same day.

Problem is medical exam. Expire date is 02 Sept 2023
COPR was issued 17 Aug 2023 - 2 weeks before expire date.
I would understand if it happened after expire date - that's legit.
But it was 2 weeks before expire date, it isn't fair.

What should I do? Does somebody has the same case?

Hi all,

I received Portal 1 on Aug 02, and crazy enough that it had been 43 days for a response, today, I get the same Portal 1 email, again. I called IRCC, and said there was a glitch with their system. I responded back to the email, but it jeopardizes everything for me. Did anyone get that, what would you do?

Guys I'm freaking out again.
Got new GCMS note today it's the same as the last one, the same as last last one.
OINP - Masters Graduate Program
Mar 21, 2023: Submitted
Apr 14, 2023: AOR
That's it! Nothing else so far.

GCMS note shows:
Biometrics: Completed
Medical: Passed
Admissibility:
  • Criminality: Passed
  • Info sharing: Completed
  • Security: Not started
Eligibility: Not started.
Ready-For-EVAL-CT

GCMS note in June, CBSA note in Aug, and GCMS note searched on Aug 29 shows the exactly same thing as above.

The last modification on my application is on Apr 14. For 5 months, eligibility not even started, no ADR, no PAL. Just like being abandoned.
Does it take half a year, even years to just get eligibility started?

I saw you got your medical passed again yesterday, I am assuming they extended the results. What does the notes section on the GCMS notes say? Are admissibility and eligibility passed? If both are passed, I would assume you should get portal email soon, unless they already sent one. So, I suggest you call IRCC and ask for an update and/or confirm if the portal email has been sent.

So you submitted an application on March, got AOR within a month and then after 2 months, you started requesting Notes (3 so far). Do you know whats the official processing time for the nonEE application is? or you just acting oblivious about that thing just to freak out each month? If you cannot handle yourself, then I suggest you apply for the Express stream.

Hi everyone~
I need some advise! I have logged my non express entry OINP last November (2022), and based on the calls I had with IRCC all the steps are passed and security was in progress. the latest update I have is 25 July a GU on GCKey and in tracker background was changed to in progress. At the same time, I have applied on EE about four month ago, but didn't pay the RPRF, today I got message on my EE application to pay the RPRF :-/...
I am tired of waiting and at the same time tired of the costs I've paid so far! But really have no idea if I should wait for the non express entry one or paying this one will give me the PR in two three days!
Any idea? Any experience? I read that RPRF is refundable..
If they asked for RPRF, they might be prioritizing your EE than nonEE or they are being processed entirely separate. But, If I was 4 months deep, in the EE application and if they requested for the RPRF then I would have just paid the fees, and ask for the refunds after getting the PR approved, so its your choice.
