Quite a while to go. Bio and medical are at the beginning of the process. Average processing time right now is 10 months for everywhere except Quebec which is 25 months. You need to have a lot of patience as it is being processed. You can follow the processing times here:

How are you able to tell that the newbie poster has an inland application in the works? Processing time for inland is 10 months and outland is 13. Is it something in the sequencing that tells you it's an inland application, such as medical has been done before biometric? Just curious.
