Background: My PR plan requires me to either work full-time for a year or 1560 work hours part-time (only count 30hr/week max, so 52 weeks in total).

Question: Currently work Full-Time, I was injured (not work related) and had to take my sick leave for 3 months (with EI benefit). Do that 3 months still count as one year of work experience or consider invalid (since I was unable to work during that time)?

No. So work an extra three months to get a full year of work experience.

Did your employer pay you a full-time salary for those 3 months?
