Did you ever replied again on the Portal 1 when it was taking too long for you to receive your Portal 2? Or send a concerning email?

Hi Guys, I have an Outland spouse, we both got portal 1 a month ago and I replied with our details. He already has a TRV and was in canada last March. He hasn’t gotten any RFV. Could the TRV be the reason why, and will he be able to travel to canada and confirm he’s inland now. COPR expires in Dec. I sent a webform to IRCC but no response yet, I have my eCOPR

Hello:
June 30th - recieved first email for PR portal information.
July 4 - sent information asked for PR portal.
July 19 - 3rd notice of first portal email (never go 2nd notice)
July 19- again sent information asked for PR portal.
July 21 - Sent a follow up email justifying that i responded already all the notice and I didn’t receive credentials yet
July 24 - 2nd portal email
July 24- uploaded photo and provided address.

July 27- eCOPR - Recieved ...

Get second notice again,but happy thing is received portal 2 email after 10 minutes getting the second notice. WOW
Portal 1: July 10
Portal 2: July 27 (around 3pm atlantic time)
waiting ECOPR......

I got mine in July 26, waiting for ecorp now

It generally happens when you make a call to IRCC.
