PR confirmation portal timelines

I suppose we're in the same boat!!! My VO is Montreal too and I received the Portal 1 email on 10th July. Will really appreciate if you could provide me with a status when you receive your Portal 2 email.

Just received another email for IRCC with a subject second notice for portal 1 even though I submitted my details on July 10th. This is so freaking weird.

I've done one on June 5th, and July 12th, it's a process for sure

The first one I sent the same information on the portal 1 email and for the other one I sent a separate email asking for an update and attached a screenshot of the portal 1 email and my replies. I received an automatic response right away and yesterday morning I received an email asking for my application number, UCI number, and full name.

UCI and name? They asked that on Portal 1 details, right? So after submitting that, you received your Portal 2 (login credentials)?

That's so freaking weird. The weird thing is that I replied back to that email with the same information and this time I received no automatic reply. I called IRCC and will be getting a call back from them in a little bit. I will also be raising a webform and attaching screenshots of all the email thread so that they have it in their record for the future. Might give a shot of visiting the local MP to see if they can help with this issue.

Same with me, I did not receive any automatic reply either. I just called IRCC, they were like there's a big queue and waiting time is longer that's why. And I was on call when I received the second notice, so I told her right away. She said wait for 2 weeks now otherwise give us a call again and we'll look into it then.

Guys, same thing happened for a lot of people on this group, i know it’s stressful but dont panic. Reply the second notice again just in case but same thing happened to me. IRCC mentioned when i called back then that is just a glitch of the system and they received the first response anyways. I will recommend to reply that email and send a follow up emails attaching the file where you reply previously.

I have the similar timeline. Received second notice yesterday after waiting for 21 days. Today I called at IRCC and told them that this time I didn’t receive an auto reply. The agent told me to send it again, as receiving an auto reply is must. He advised me to send it again. Auto replay is an indication that the email is received by IRCC.

The same thing happened to me. Replied but never got the auto reply. So I replied again, but never got the auto reply as well.
