Today: Jul 21, 2023, IRCC sent the first pending coPR mail

Got on call with IRCC agent again today. They told it's random that Portal emails are generated and sent based on case.

Jul 24th - got 2nd portal email with my existing account. Gonna update the address and photo tonight.
