Hey I saw the same on my GC key too, Final decision July 6th 2023 and my eligibility changed to progress
Rest all are completed. Let me know if you see any positive news

that's usally a good sign. I got that too on Jun 21 and the very next day i got Portal 1 email

Can you please explain a little bit, what does 2nd Medical means?

medical got updated 2nd time in GC key and tracker after PAL. First medical passed and got PAL then after 4-5 days medical passed again.

Except for eligibility everything got completed on 27th Jan 2023
Yesterday eligibility was in progress and today it shows completed and I see the COPR number in the tracker too
Did not receive any email though the final decision says 6th July

I’m in the same boat. Final Decision - July 6, 2023 but still says application in progress. I checked the tracker and I see COPR details but no portal yet. It also says Eligibility - Not Started but everything else is green. Is that normal?
