I don't know what next to do am tired and I keep checking my email and profile there's no message yet from ircc ..what do you think I should do next?any idea please?

To be honest, I would not pay any doc more money until and unless I got any notification directly from IRCC. In Canada the doc never consult you directly to repeat a test, they not even forward any results let apart asking to repeat a test. IRCC consult you directly if it is so and then you go to doc. If possible try to reach IRCC if they say so this is not suspicious go ahead but otherwise no. See your family doc is saying all good, why are you afraid..
By the way how much are they charging for sputum test?

What are the contents of the letter? Is that called medical furtherance in the subject line?

The subject says Additional medical examinations required and the content says your immigration medical examination result has been received, and Additional information is required in order to complete the assessment.please contact the office of your panel physician or any other panel physician approved by ircc at your earliest convenience

The email was from LDNPPMD@international.gc.ca

Looks like furtherance, go to your medical physcian where you had done medical and ask them to look what IRCC had asked for. It would have a deadline as well complete the medical before that.

I already did the medical and I was ask to do sputum iom instruct me to do sputum actually not ircc then I got that email ..do I need to go back again for another medical examination?

Check with them if they have the sputum under obversation and to do the xray after 3 months.

What did they say when you met them? They will receive a notification on the e-Medical and in some cases they will give you a sealed envelope and ask you to get a doctors note too

it is based on what they want though. Saying this from personal experience

Hello Taran,I got a email from iom today and there was no growth and now I was asked to come for post sputum xray and after that I should request for the images of the xray and I was given a consultant number to call and additional payment to pay for the consultation..my question is why another xray and consultation when the result is negative
