nothing about any of this is normal, not even the volume of applications being processed by IRCC. It's a good sign. You should see eligibility and bgc completed on tracker soon.
I think they must be managing the pipeline of passports going to IRCC centers in recent weeks, as a result of those three back to back draws in March.
