Got Visa Stamped but Medicals expired

Hi,

I got my visa on june but my medicals will expire at the beginning of august and my class starts on september. The IRCC haven't sent any mail regarding taking medicals again. So should I take a medical examination without the consent from IRCC.

Check the medical expiry date on POE (Letter of Introduction) , You can travel to Canada before the medical expiry date,
