Hi all,



I noticed that the expiration date of my medicals changed in the tracker. It was formerly supposed to expire on February 16, 2024, but I just logged into the tracker and noticed that it's been changed to June 15, 2024.

Has anybody experienced such a thing or known why it happened?

My medical expiry date is Jan, 2024 but it did not extend. Your application category?

tracker was updated yesterday and my medical expiry date from december 2023 changed to 15 June 2024 :-/

Can you please clear it. You submitted your medical report from your side ?

I submitted on my own, thinking it will be asked eventually anyways as my previous one is almost 6 years old.

Interesting question, on May 09th, I received an email titled : Do Not Reply- Ne Pas
It contained my UCI number and application number starting with EP…, basically asking to link my application to CIC Account. As soon as I did that I got a document request in the account to submit new SCH4 as I forgot mentioning funds in the fund section, so I re-submitted it. But mind me, on March 18, the very initial email said -
“This email confirms that you have successfully submitted your permanent residence application.


We'll review your application to make sure you:

• provided all of the information we asked for
• uploaded all required documents correctly
• paid the fees

We'll send you a confirmation email (an acknowledgement of receipt or AOR) once an agent has confirmed your application is complete.”

I got to know about Tracker just 2 weeks ago, and I created an account using my UCI number and application number. But I did not receive AOR till date whereas my friends who applied with me or just a month ago received AOR along with Biometrics Request letter. I don’t know why, maybe I already had my biometrics. But this is making me really anxious and worried for some reason.

What I think is you got the AOR and after that you received ADR so as long as you have Unqiue client ID and Application I think you are good. But I’ll let other experience member comment on this as well

Anyone who filed their application in August-2022 under Non-Express Entry received an AOR ? I see the processing times are reducing.

I hope everyone is doing great.

I Submitted my NON EE PNP on March 17 and below listed are the updates I see on Application Status Tracker:

Biometrics: In progress
Medical : Not started
BG check: In Progress
Eligibility; Not started

• March 17: Application received
• May 09: Application link request to GC
• May 11: Additional Document Request ( SCH4)
• May 17: We received your enquiry
• June 20: We received your enquiry( I guess in regards to the web-form I raised to submit my medical and PCC, as my medical was more than 5 years old)
  My main concern is that I haven’t received any update on AOR, is anybody in the same boat and could suggest something. I shall be extremely grateful.

Your AOR should be May 8th or 9th

I just meant the gc key update - Final decision: bla-bla-bla (it doesn't say "Approved" yet, but it does say "Final decision"). There is a date next to it.

When you log into your tracker, click on your name, then click on view at the front of principal applicant, it will take you to your application history, there you will see all the messages about all documents you have submitted, there you see a message heading with (acknowledgment of receipt) that is your AOR. You will see the date it was created for you there as well. I hope this helps.
